Freight and insurance

The customer agrees to pay all freight, shipping and crating charges from the time of dispatch of the goods from AA&I by carrier and until delivery to the customer.

All freight charges quoted include a basic insurance. In the event of didgeridoos damaged in transit, the customer can either return the instrument to us for repair (or have it replaced free of charge) or have it repaired locally and receive up to a E100 or US$100 towards the cost of such repair.

In the case of a didgeridoo getting lost in transit, we will replace it with a similar instrument of equal value free of charge. All other goods will be replaced free of charge.

Availability of Goods

In the case of any other product besides authentic didgeridoos being temporarily out of stock, AA&I will inform the customer and supply as soon as new stock is available.

Errors and Omissions

Even though extensive care has been taken with the preparation of all information on this site, AA&I will not be held responsible for typographical errors or other errors and omissions regarding prices or any information given.

We are confident you will be extremely pleased with your purchase; however, should you be in any way dissatisfied, please contact us to discuss your concerns and arrange a possible return. It is your right to cancel the contract within a minimum of 7 working days without giving any reason and without penalty, except the cost of returning the goods. We will refund within 30 days of cancellation. Also, if we for any reason fail to deliver your order within thirty (30) days, you have the right to cancel your order immediately, unless prior arrangements have been made.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the goods, should they be marked in any way, we must reserve the right to invoice you for a replacement or the full amount of any consequential repair. We hope you can appreciate why this is a necessity.

For further information on your rights, codes of practice and general advice on shopping on-line, please see the EU Distance Selling Directive.

You are advised that for all orders, payment is required before dispatch.

All prices quotes are in Euros or US dollars. The amount charged to your credit card bill is based on the exchange rate on the day that your bank or credit card company processes the transaction. The prices obtained in currencies other than the Euro or US$ by using the built-in currency converter are to be used as a guideline only and may vary to the actual exchange rate used on the day of charging the order.

Customs Duty

Your order may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. You should contact your local customs office for further information.

Most of our customers have not been required to pay customs or import tax. Our goods are usually categorized as ‘indigenous handicrafts’ or something similar under customs laws applicable to most of AA&I’s customers. Windblow instruments

If you are asked to pay import tax, you may be able to get this ruling changed by pointing out the nature of the goods.

AA&I does not accept responsibility for payment of import tax should it be levied in the customer’s country. In this event, the customer is fully responsible for payment of locally imposed import tax.
